To qualify for free 2-day shipping, you must use your RedCard or place an order over $35. We offer several delivery options for large or heavy items like furniture. If your item qualifies for special delivery services, it’ll be noted on the item details page and/or during checkout. After you place your order, our carrier will contact you to coordinate delivery of your item.

The selection of products available through Shipt mostly depends on your location and which stores are in your area. After you purchase products from a retailer using the app or website, Shipt matches you with a shopper, who packs and delivers your order directly to your door. Show your shopper some love and appreciation by tipping any amount of your choice! You may tip in cash or within the app after you receive your delivery and 100% of your tip will go to the shopper. You’ll be able to choose between drop-off and in-person delivery on the checkout page when placing an order.

Shipt is a service that allows people like you to order groceries online and deliver them to one of their shoppers. Shoppers are able to pick up gloves and face masks at their local Target stores. Shipt also has sent individual safety kits, including gloves and hand sanitizer, to the most active shoppers and those in high-risk areas. Additionally, pickup isn’t currently available at all stores or locations, which may be inconvenient for some people. Many negative reviews published online come from Shipt shoppers, who report issues with the app, rating system, and pay scale the company uses.

Refer to your order details page for the latest tracking information. Some ship to home orders are eligible for no-rush shipping and could have multiple packages consolidated. Packages that qualify will be eligible for a $1 discount off the merchandise subtotal. Merchandise subtotal does not include Gift Cards, eGiftCards, MobileGiftCards, tax or shipping and handling charges. Ineligible carts will not be shown an option to consolidate and will not receive the discount.

How can I contact customer service?

All shoppers have had a background check done and are members of your own community working as contract workers for Shipt. Some large items need to be shipped less than truckload or less than load. Large items may have an additional delivery fee on a per unit basis. We’ll even upgrade your shipping for no additional fee.

Select the item you’d like to edit or select Add an item to add an additional item. Orders can be edited or canceled up to one hour before your chosen delivery window. If you are using the same email address for both your Shipt and your Target account and you've added a phone number to your Shipt account, your accounts should link automatically.

Is there a fee to use Shipt Delivery?

If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll notify you of the return by email and issue a full refund, including shipping charges. We're unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable, but you're welcome to place another order with a new shipping address. If order details indicate all items/shipments in the order have been delivered, it’s possible part of the order was left out in error. For the fastest resolution, select fix an issue in order details and follow the prompts, or visit here to report an item missing from your order. After your trial is over there is a $14/monthly membership fee.

If you’re more interested in being a driver for this company, becoming an experienced driver could earn more money. For example, an individual who enjoys driving could become a driver with Shipt, while another person who prefers being in homes may love being a delivery shopper. The customer will then receive a notification confirming their order is complete with an optional message to let them know how much they left as a tip for their driver. When customers use the ‘tip’ option on the App, they can enter any amount or choose from preset amounts like $5 or $10.

Will my item be shipped in a Target box?

You also have total control over how you spend your time in the car - catch up on podcasts, jam out to playlists, or bask in peace and quiet. Some shoppers appreciate any gratuity, no matter how big or small. Some people think a small tip of a dollar or two is a gracious gesture. Others believe it’s the shopper’s job to bag groceries and run their errands. During this unprecedented times, shoppers will deeply appreciate your acknowledgement and gracious tip.

Shipt has implemented no-contact deliveries where shoppers are completing deliveries by leaving items at guests’ doors. Shipt may be a good choice for people who frequently order products online and enjoy the ease of having their groceries delivered each week. Shipt is a delivery service that allows you to order a variety of foods and products from retailers. Next, you’ll be prompted to select an available 1-hour delivery window. Depending on the specific retailer, you may be able to opt for same-day delivery or schedule your delivery within the next few days. Shipt Everyday costs $99 per year or $10.99 per month and includes free delivery on all orders over $35.

When your order is picked up, we'll email you letting you know the driver is on their way. Orders containing multiple items, may arrive in one or more shipments with multiple tracking numbers. Items may be shipping from multiple warehouses, vendors, or stores. Lower priced items are often cost-prohibitive to ship on their own. The $35 minimum purchase threshold allows us to offer a broader range of items for shipping, including smaller, more convenient sizes. If your order totals $35 or more then delivery is free.

Hotels may not allow a shopper to deliver the items to your door and will instead request that they leave them with the bellhop, concierge, or front desk attendant. If a store does not carry single-use bags due to bag bans, your shopper will purchase bags at checkout and you will see the cost reflected on your emailed receipt. Knowing their deliveries can be safely dropped off at their doorstep is a benefit to Shipt members, since they don’t have to schedule their day around their grocery order. Having someone do your grocery shopping for you removes stress on busy days. The groceries are selected by an in-store shopper just as for curbside delivery.

Regardless of your delivery preference, you’ll get an email and text when your order has arrived. Shipt members whose orders will be delivered late get texts from their Shipt shoppers letting them know why their deliveries are late and approximately when they will be delivered. Shipt offers same day delivery in a requested time window, from 3pm to 4pm, for example. Grocery deliveries should be on time, especially when perishable items are being delivered. If your item qualifies for Signature Required, it will be noted on the item's page and within the checkout experience. An appointment may be required and someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the package.

Are there any limitations on items when using Same Day Delivery (shopped by Shipt)?

If your cart doesn’t meet the $35 threshold, you can still place your order for eligible-to-ship items. To proceed with checkout, items that only ship with $35 orders will need to be saved for future purchase by selecting save for later next to the item in your cart. To reach the $35 minimum threshold, you can increase the quantity of items in your cart or add additional items to your cart.
